Job Description

  • Organization of all inventory entry that are relevant in the respective departments including the realization of necessary adjustment posting to ensure the orderly inventory management
  • Coordinate cycle counting activities 
  • Lead inventory activities and adjustments 
  • Track and record inventory levels for upper management reporting 
  • ABC analysis 
  • Oversee material flow
  • Monitor SAP movements
  • Monitor scanner movements
  • Control all warehouse activities 
  • Ensure accuracy of SAP Warehouse Management system 
  • Monitor receiving and shipping movement system errors 
  • Monitor consumption of substrates according to BOM 
  • Ensure accurate inventory labeling 
  • Monitor Master Data to identify root case for system errors
