Human Resources Manager
5 years of recruitment and human resources experience in a high volume, fast
2 years of HR Generalist experience is required
knowledge of current sourcing strategies and techniques
proficiency with computers, especially Recruiting Search Techniques, Microsoft
Office Package (i.e.; Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
/ knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS is preferred
closely with other departments to drive retention, manage events, and employee
best practices for recruiting
additional business and Human Resources initiatives as required
position operates in a typical office environment as well as in a manufacturing
