Customer Service Representative

- Understand and interpret technical manuals
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business or related field
- 2 – 5 years of experience
- May require travel
- Evaluate quotations
- Revise documents
- Attend meetings to analyze and investigate technical problems
- Develop bids and cost estimates for new bids
- Work with customers
- Assist with complaints
- Utilize Microsoft Office
