Job Description
- Maintain calendars and
schedules for CEO, CFO and other members of the WSI leader team
- Develop positive,
professional relationships across all functional areas of the organization
fostering an inclusive and team-oriented culture
- Ability to multitask in
fast changing priorities
- Aptitude to research and
debrief, along with strong problem-solving skills
- Schedule, coordinate
meeting rooms and order food as needed for event and meetings
- Process, verify, and
maintain documentation relating to personnel
- Domestic and
international travel planning
- Event planning and
management
- Executive support in
communications: online, phone, and in person in a timely fashion
- Be administratively
organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent ability to
communicate: verbal and written
- Use time effectively and
schedule in advance
- Be accountable and
responsible with ability to learn from mistakes and feedback
- Have a positive attitude
