Required Skills

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Logistics or Materials-related field, or equivalent training
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools, particularly in Excel

Job Description

  • Manage customer weekly and daily ship requirements and window times; communicate with production and shipping departments
  • Proactively react to changes
  • Responsible to track raw material replenishment to ensure production coverage
  • Utilize reports to support daily and weekly operations
  • Help coordinate and communicate daily production build requirements to satisfy customer demand and maintain inventory targets
  • Review and maintain supplier forecasts on a weekly basis; maintain
  • Communicate proactively with trading partners
  • Expedite inbound and outbound material by identifying problems and resolutions
  • Regularly maintain pull loop size based on PFEP recommendations
  • Monitor and update the PFEP collection plans for accuracy
  • Proactively elevate critical supply issues to management
  • Proactively elevate critical delivery issues to management
  • Utilize the supplier scorecard and troubleshoot poor performing suppliers; work closely to improve supplier performance
  • Utilize the supplier scorecard to initiate internal operational improvements
  • Maintain inventory targets while continuing smooth operations
  • Responsible to follow safe practices
  • All other duties as assigned
