Required Skills

  • Experience in working with Infor’s AutoRelease (Future 3) EDI solution and other EDI packages
  • Strong knowledge of EDI transaction sets
  • Experience in working with VANs and their required setups
  • Working knowledge of Infor’s AutoRelease (Future 3) EDI solution and setups
  • Strong experience in iSERIES Administration
  • Strong experience in working with and implementing projects
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Understanding of ERP systems and functionality

Job Description

  • A Tier 1 Automotive supplier is looking to add an EDI Coordinator-iSeries Administrator to our Information Technology Department
  • This position will plan, implement and support Infor’s AutoRelease (Future 3) and RA400 EDI solutions across multiple locations
  • The candidate must have effective communication skills, be project oriented, have extensive EDI knowledge and be experienced in iSERIES Administration
  • Implement EDI projects across multiple locations
  • Support the companies EDI initiatives
  • Interface as a liaison with our consulting company and plant locations
  • Participate in team and project meetings
  • Develop end-user documentation as needed
  • Conduct testing independently and with users
  • Setup and maintain application databases
  • Configure VAN communications
  • Provide hands-on assistance during development, implementation and post-implementation stages
  • Provide on-going status reports
  • iSERIES administration
  • working with CL commands
  • research and answering system messages
  • perform backups
  • Provide 24/7 on call support
