Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum seven years’ experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant in a manufacturing setting
  • German Language a plus
  • Ability to travel domestically by car or plane
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in SAP, Concur, Microsoft Office 

Job Description

  • Answer phones and greet executive’s guests
  • Acts as office manager and supports assigned executive
  • Creating presentations which may include locating and gathering information not readily available
  • Gathering and understanding monthly financial information including KPI scorecards
  • Updating for EBOS, etc. information
  • File documents and reports
  • Manage Executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appoints
  • Manage travel for Executive and his / her team
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • Prepare responses to correspondence and materials for meetings and conferences, including research reports and memos
  • May be responsible for supervising other administrative staff to include training; planning, assigning, and directing work of employee assigned
  • Support all Executive’s team needed
  • Maintain coordination of all external board participation activities at site
  • 5S implementation
