Required Skills

  • Ability to travel within the United States, this position will require occasional national travel to support remote and satellite employee

Job Description

  • Strong high-level of intricacy (engineering, finance, sales) recruitment experience, the focus will be on recruitment
  • Experience and personality to develop and conduct trainings
  • Demonstrate understanding of HR responsibilities
  • Seeking a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) who will report to the Human Resource Manager
  • Split responsibilities between talent acquisition and general HR-related duties
  • This individual will be our expert at attracting, identifying, and hiring top-flight candidates for each specific role and will work in partnership with the company's hiring managers to achieve those objectives
  • Support ongoing HR initiatives, develop, and facilitate trainings to meet business needs, and deliver value to the employee base
  • Support company initiatives concerning diversity, outreach, and overall goals, including the creation of a sourcing strategy and the alignment of leaders around that strategy
  • Work in partnership with managers to understand their staffing needs
  • Ensure all hiring managers understand the recruiting strategy and the resources available to them
  • Work in partnership on projects to aid continuous improvement and implement improvement programs (working practices, organizational change, business “excellence” or lean programs, other)
  • Implement and continuously improve a robust recruitment process, which includes optimized methods to attract potential employees to our company, create a talent pipeline, and identify candidates for specific roles
  • Create and continuously improve proactive and innovative techniques to identify, prequalify, interview, and select candidates
  • Create and continually improve job descriptions, offer letters, and employment contracts, while managing the timely distribution of such documents
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting for accuracy within the HR-related platforms and systems
  • Complete compensation review on all positions regularly to help ensure competitiveness in the marketplace
  • Manage staffing agency vendors and contracts
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment initiatives
  • Perform onboarding, new hire orientations, and support of our new hire experience
  • Ability to manage several tasks or projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met
  • Collect and analyze data and trends to stay proactive and ahead of ever-changing HR initiatives
