Job Description

  • Responsible for administering service orders and maintaining documentation for jobs in the Repair Centers
  • Receive customer Purchase Orders, review all PO details to make sure the quote was entered correctly and then process the PO into the Service Gage InSite database
  • Process Final Reviews in Gage InSite and close and invoice service orders in SAP business system, reviewing all order details before closing in SAP
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding equipment status
  • Acquire a strong working knowledge about populating and searching the Gage InSite database and SAP business system
  • Weekly review of all open Service orders to ensure there are no outstanding issues on jobs over 45 days old
  • Request all new part numbers for entry into SAP and Gage InSite as necessary
  • Follow-up on all open orders awaiting parts status and expedite with PTD or local vendor
  • Maintain Gage InSite customer notes to ensure accurate processing of orders
  • Work close with site Team Leaders on the follow-up of all Gage InSite statuses
  • All other duties as assigned by management
