Required Skills

  • The candidate should have experience in:
  • Experience in sales and is familiar with the sales process
  • Reporting on monthly sales forecasts
  • Presenting in front of groups and / or customers
  • Be able to achieve monthly & quarterly sales quotas
  • Create an action plan on how to achieve sales quotas 
  • Exceptional communication skills-both verbal and written
  • Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Job Description

  • Our inside sales role may be a little different than that of other companies
  • We work directly with the customer to understand the customers’ needs in order to sell the aftermarket services (spare parts, field service, training, robot reapplication)
  • Whereas, some Inside Sales roles, may work with customers but typically it is mainly as a “administrator” for the outside sales
  • While this is great experience, our team needs someone who has had the one-on-one customer sales experience
  • Their primary goal is to increase aftermarket revenue and profit and be able to provide excellent customer service while building relationships
  • Since the position is very fast paced and involves all facets of the robotic aftermarket business (spare parts, service, training, reapplication), we are looking for a fast-paced learner that can adapt well in new environments with little to no supervision
