Job Description

  • Generating quotations and test reports
  • Preparing incoming projects for engineers
  • Managing commercial relationships with our customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for incoming calls and guests Answer, screen, and direct a multi-line switchboard with a positive and friendly voice Maintaining and updating database
  • Perform general clerical duties, including, but not limited to; fling, photocopying, scanning requires coordinating with team members located in multiple groups
