Required Skills

Job Description

  • Reporting (budget, expense, weekly report, Overtime)
  • Purchasing management (purchase orders, manual requisitions, P-card)
  • New Hire Supports (POs, badges, PCs, accounts etc.)
  • Department HR activities – time sheets, vacation, overtime, missing hours data collection and reporting
  • Travel arrangement – reservations and confirmation
  • Budgeting – keeping track of travel, supplies, meeting, outsourcing labor, and other department expenses
  • Document Circulation – weekly reports, ECI, PPR, or other related documents
  • GM & Manager support: making copies, filing documents, time & labor reports, document distribution and any other general requests from managers
  • New life adjustment support for employees from Japan: setting phones, cable TV, making appointments, etc.
  • Webmaster – create, update and maintain a department website
  • Translation / Interpretation: support engineers to translate / interpret Japanese / English when necessary (If knowledge of Japanese)
