Required Skills

• Must have own tools with rolling tool box (see attached list)     
  
• Well-rounded mechanical experience (bumper to bumper)
  
• Must be able to read, comprehend, and execute written procedures
  
• Must be a self-starter, self-motivated and willing to learn           
  
• Must have reliable attendance and be able to work overtime / weekends
  
• Must have good attention to detail
  
• ASE Certification             
  
• State of Michigan Certification 
  
• Heavy Truck experience
  
• Fleet Maintenance experience
  
• Diesel engine experience
