Required Skills

Job Description

  • Book orders for training within SAP
  • Invoice customers weekly within SAP
  • Take credit card payments for training classes within SAP
  • Process and administer training certificates within SAP
  • Manage training backlog
  • Collect on past due / disputed accounts
  • Manage training schedule by adding classes or deleting classes using excel and the learning management system
  • Communicate with other managers to find the correct resources to conduct training courses for customers
  • Respond to customer requests with options for training class dates in a timely manner
  • Plan and strategize ways to maximize the schedule by scheduling as many classes as possible in one week without sacrificing quality
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
