Job Description

  • Position requires the ethical application of both personal qualities and professional skills to creating innovative solutions to client challenges, and then writing and closing deals
  • DoS must demonstrate skill and achievement in a highly consultative sales environment where understanding and solving client issues with services & technologies is emphasized
  • Strategic, client-centric mindset that is genuinely curious about a client’s challenges and sincerely committed to finding a way to solve them
  • DoS must be willing and able to:
  • Create and / or source lists of target accounts
  • Develop account plans for all major accounts
  • Create and execute a sales strategy for all targeted accounts
  • Work with internal and external lead generation teams to create a robust pipeline of qualified, funded leads and sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate account, activity, deal, financial and sales data in the CRM system
  • Manage all documentation related to pursuits in a professional and businesslike manner
  • Create and present client-facing, deal-moving client presentations as required
  • Create and present sales reports as required
  • Maintain an expert working knowledge of services & IP
  • Research, understand and stay current on market trends and client needs  
  • Stay current on competitive threats and share insights and learnings with team
  • Participate the company’s annual budgeting process and provide forecasts of client requirements to ensure seamless execution with operational teams
  • Research & analyze financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities
  • Consistently build pipeline and create deal-closing cadence
  • Position reports to Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Technology Solutions Group
