of 5 years professional experience in quality, ideally at least 3 years in a
manufacturing quality related position in the automotive industry
internal and external process for reaction to a quality concern at the customer
of the problem-solving process (8D, PMP, TOP-Q, SAP-QM) and implementation of
corrective actions / tracking
up of the customer satisfaction KPI: ppm, incidents, portal status and response
in process change procedure (ensure that this process is quality driven and
follows TS specifications and external communication of the breakpoint)
out ongoing scrap analysis and scrap reduction activities (PFM level 2, 3
