Required Skills

  • 3+ years SharePoint experience required

Job Description

  • Support all PTD1 / PTS1 database & SharePoint management projects
  • Work with all 2016 Microsoft Office applications including Excel macros & VBA. Analyze and arrange data summaries.
  • Output plots, charts, graphs
  • Independently research and obtain information for complex reports and special assignments
  • Work with MQS skill metric database system, including set-up, initial data entry, support to establish monthly visual management KPI report
  • Maintain accurate PT Unit MQS database and make on-going data entries as required
  • Provide support in researching discrepancies to reconcile KPI and tracking issues
  • Support expansion & creation of new SharePoint sites for PTS1 / PTD1 & general division activity, including adding new features through workflows, infopath, SharePoint Designer, etc.
  • Maintain existing SharePoint sites by uploading revised information & documents, troubleshooting issues, and periodic updates
  • Support output of division KPI reports including safety, training, MQS, facility utilization, budget, etc. Assist in improving reports for accuracy & automation through Excel & SharePoint. Identify discrepancies in data & escalate issues for resolution
  • Communicate with company personnel at all organization levels; arrange & facilitate meetings such as PT Unit KPI Summary meetings including international video conferences as requested
  • Support PT Unit events such as Safety Month, Team Building, Training, etc; make arrangements as requested
  • Patriciate in HDT department staff meetings, support content & assist in presentation as requested
