Job Description

  • This is a 6-month contract position
  • Basic Administrative duties within the Procurement Department
  • Follow up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates
  • Spare parts purchasing and invoicing
  • Follow up on and maintain records of purchases, shipments, and related matters
  • Submit RFQ’s to local vendors
