Job Description

  • Must have experience with Purchasing (preferably in the automotive industry)
  • Must have experience with writing RFQ’s
  • Must have experience with invoicing clients
  • SAP experience is preferred
  • If you do not have the experience listed above please do not apply
  • The position will assist the purchasing group with activities from obtaining quotes to order maintenance
  • Main function is to support the Procurement Specialist with a variety of purchasing functions
  • On-time delivery tracking
  • Item master updates and additions
  • Order updates and maintenance
  • Spare parts purchasing
  • Spare parts invoicing
  • Submitting RFQ’s to local vendors
  • Basic Administrative duties within the Procurement Department
  • Full time 40 hours per week
  • Flexible start time / hours
