  • Process orders (from customers or sales staff) received via phone, fax, or email
  • Promptly communicate confirmations to customers regarding their orders
  • Resolve customer complaints; promptly respond to customer on progress of resolution 
  • Manage incoming calls / switchboard and lobby / incoming guest area
  • Process returns authorizations from customers
  • Process debit and credit memos
