Job Description

  • Project planning and implementation of projects (just in sequence supply / logistics)
  • Contact person for clients regarding IT-systems and logistics processes
  • Contact person for suppliers regarding IT-systems and logistics processes
  • Support for users of logistic IT-systems
  • Assurance of logistic system processes according to process manual and standards of central unit’s logistics and material management
  • Develop special logistic processes in case of system change or expansion requirement
  • Special tasks as assigned
  • Analysis (logistics controlling) for plant logistics
  • Contact person for central unit’s logistics and material management
  • Supporting role in the implementation process of new logistic concepts
  • Development of internal and external logistic concepts
  • Monitoring of targets and budgets
  • Preparation of internal and external logistic calculations
  • Deadline monitoring within delegated projects
  • Preparation of project structure plans as well as detailed plans
  • Achieve customer satisfaction through complying with customer goals
  • Application of project management guidelines
