Required Skills

  • High school diploma / GED
  • Proficiency with Logistic processes
  • Understanding of cross-functional activities (departments like quality assurance, accounting, controlling & production)
  • Strong Communication / interpersonal / conflict resolution skills
  • 3 + years of SAP R3 experience or similar (Oracle, . . .)
  • Proficient with MRP / PPS Systems

Job Description

  • Communicate shipment status internally and to the customer to ensure customer satisfaction and on time deliveries 
  • Major Responsibilities
  • Communicate JIS status to customer 
  • Ensuring logistics processes through optimal planning of the logistics systems as well as Optimization of logistics processes 
  • Controlling JIS System and shipments 
  • Training warehouse clerks and operators 
  • Ensuring material movements and traceability through logistics systems Pavel 
  • Ensure sufficient control of traffic and line feeding to customer on car number level 
  • Illustration of new logistics processes in the systems in coordination with the involved areas 
  • Process analysis and evaluation 
  • Record JIS data in system
  • Ensure accurate shipping documentation according to the customer requirements 
  • Initiate escalation pyramid by communicating accordingly
