Job Description

  • Elicit, validate, and document requirements for technology changes
  • Responsible for the decomposition of high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and quality attributes
  • Evaluation of current systems and processes to determine required changes
  • Benchmarks process and best practices
  • Formulate and present recommendations, including relevant business processes
  • Define and / or develop relevant business processes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for multiple applications and / or business processes
  • Advise and mentor more junior team members
  • Interview new team member candidates
  • Weed out the weak and hire the best via mortal combat, or whatever mildly more appropriate means are available to you at the time
