Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience managing and administering Cisco Call manager in a fast paced contact center environment
  • Strong technical background 
  • System administration and end user support experience in Cisco VoIP / UCCE environment
  • Need to be reachable outside of standard working hours as needed and responsive to urgent email and voice mail messages
  • Ability to work outside of typical business hours such as on weekends and evenings
  • Ability to travel as required (less than 10%)
  • 5+ years of experience with Associates Degree
  • 3+ years of experience with Bachelor’s Degree
