Required Skills

  • Associates Degree in engineering or business discipline preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3+ years of financial / accounting management experience
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities and job assignments simultaneously while adjusting priorities as required
  • Excellent telephone and caller management skills
  • Ability utilize common PC and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Technical writing / communication skills

Job Description

  • Receive, acknowledge and maintain customer purchase orders
  • Service Order processing, invoicing and collections
  • Monthly service performance reporting
  • Audit service call quality and financial performance
  • Analysis of current procedures and personnel to determine their effectiveness
  • Conduct customer satisfaction survey, report results and manage improvement initiatives
  • Identify and implement business process improvements within the Technical Service group
  • Investigate, negotiate and resolve customers disputes with field service performance and invoicing
