Job Description

  • Track Section / Department budget (Plan vs Actual)
  • Track / submit purchasing card spend approvals
  • Contact vendors and obtain quotes for goods & services (annual maintenance & calibration)
  • Generate PO’s
  • Order parts / supplies using blanket PO
  • Track and pay invoices from vendors for services rendered
  • Schedule and track equipment maintenance / calibration (develop tracking method as needed)
  • File Field Service reports and Maintenance records from vendors
  • Support Company Safety Management System for Sections
  • Create and manage Sharepoint site
  • Manage onboarding process for new team members
  • Setup meetings and prepare meeting minutes
  • Manage Teambuilding events
