Required Skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with the following Technologies / Methodologies preferred: 
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience supporting a corporate Windows environment
  • Remote user support, phone support, BOMGAR experience a plus
  • Experience using Help Desk and ticketing systems
  • Management and support for Windows imaging technologies (WDS), SCCM experience a plus
  • A+ and DELL Support certifications a plus

Job Description

  • Communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with varying levels of leadership
  • Develops and provides written and verbal presentations to customers, peers, and support personnel
  • Demonstrates the required proficiency levels for technical skills
  • Technical skills and IT knowledge related to assigned department to provide services in an information technology environment
  • Applies knowledge of information technology and associated methods to provide excellent customer service to all Company personnel
  • Works effectively with other team members to understand company needs and to provide effective, efficient solutions that meet Company’s needs
  • Management and support of Windows 7 & 10
  • DeskSide support for all users at all locations
  • Management and support for Gmail and MS Office application environments
  • Management and support for company print environment
  • Management and support of smartphones and tablets
  • Management and support for all company Laptop and Desktop hardware and software in use by all KTC / KCC employees
