with mobile device management systems
with disk cloning or imaging systems
with documenting technology solutions
and troubleshoot hardware, network, and software problems
records of technical support requests and needs for various sites
and upgrade hardware, operating systems, and software programs
with end users during the support process
user logins and passwords for various services
software and hardware inventories

- Process warranty repair claims
