  • Maintain the Company Database of Jobs in Excel
  • Run Job Cost Reports
  • Enter Cost Information
  • Update Invoicing Information
  • Enter Backlog Information
  • Reconcile each Job
  • VAT / Foreign Exchange / State & Local Taxes / Canadian Payroll Tax / Forecasting & cost to Go input / Prepare working papers for Specific GL Accounts
  • Including Fixed Assets and depreciation calculation
  • Monthly Bill Reconciliations
  • American Express / Master Card / Home Depot
  • Includes posting costs to jobs
  • General administrative duties including filing, making copies, etc.
  • Assist with Letter of Credit
