Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; concentration in Human Resources is preferred
  • Experience working Human Resources field is required
  • Experience with Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition preferred
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suites 2010 or newer is required, including Excel Pivot tables and V lookups
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines is required
  • Effective verbal, non-verbal, negotiation and written communication skills are required
  • Ability to sustain a high degree of professionalism while interacting with internal and external customers is required
  • Effective attention to detail, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills are required

Job Description

  • Manage process for 45-day, 90-day, and annual performance evaluations including communication to company, ensuring all evaluations are completed and returned, filing in personnel folders, and reporting data to HR management
  • Lead company vehicle allowance program functions including procedure management, team member enrollment, and taxable fringe benefit reporting to payroll
  • Lead succession planning activities including distribution and collection of templates, creation and maintenance of career road maps, and serve as primary contact for inquiries
  • Support talent acquisition function such as sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires
  • Serve as lead in budgeting, planning, and executing team member engagement activities such as company picnic, all employee quarterly meeting, and holiday celebrations
  • Update and administer monthly team member recognition program
  • Support job description administration tasks such as updating of job description master sheet, job description creation and / or updates, and routing for management approval
  • Submit departmental purchasing card request through the use of FileHold system
  • Drive optimization by being actively engaged in continuous improvement efforts (kaizen)
  • This role requires the completion of other duties as assigned
