Job Description

  • Coordinator between management, clinical staff, patients and their representatives
  • Auditing processes
  • New admissions for patients and coordination of benefits
  • Creating or updating procedures
  • Data entry
  • Office duties such as answering phones, opening mail and organizing office and supplies
  • Office purchasing and maintaining inventories
  • Billing and maintaining spreadsheets to organize and benchmark data
  • Scanning and saving documents
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings and appointments
  • Confirming appointments
