Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant business analyst experience, preferably as an HRIS analyst (HR, payroll, time and labor management, compensation management, talent management, applicant tracking, etc.)
  • Global / international / enterprise level practical experience preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion and professionalism
  • Experience with HRIS software
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Well-organized, ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at once
  • Dynamic and mature personality, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Broad general IT skills and knowledge (productivity tools, SDLC tools, general industry knowledge)

Job Description

  • Represent the IT interests and point-of-view for “CLIENTS” global HCM implementation (InforHCM)
  • Participate in design sessions, training opportunities, integration discussions for InforHCM
  • Analyze integration opportunities between systems and coordinate internal requirements
  • Provide updates to and share information with appropriate IT team members about the InforHCM implementation
  • Work with solutions architects and developers to understand and assist in the design of integration points
  • Provide business analysis, implementation and support assistance of a company-wide implementation of a HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance application (Ceridian Dayforce)
  • Assist in the launches of remaining international countries
  • Provide ongoing analysis and support of new SaaS releases / functionality
  • Support global harmonization of data and processes with appropriate IT assistance / solutions
  • Apply General Business Analyst Skills
  • Collect, analyze, develop, document, communicate business requirements, and support testing to achieve business goals
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, deepen relationships, and effectively manage business owners’ expectations
  • Collaborate with the rest of the IT members to determine if appropriate internal or external solutions currently exist, or whether new solutions are required and feasible
  • Coordinate the development phases with development team or external suppliers
  • Provide recommendations and create documentation for business process redesign
  • Develop test cases and perform internal validation testing
